We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or repairs for damage resulting from improper use or maintenance. We strive to ensure the quality and consistency of our products, but slight variations are inevitable due to the nature of handmade items.

Can I request a return or exchange?
Non-Quality issues:
Due to the unique nature of handmade products, each item may have slight variations and minor imperfections. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you returns or exchanges.
For non-quality issues such as size discrepancies, colour differences, or small handmade flaws, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please review the product images, descriptions, and size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Our handmade press-on nails are meticulously crafted by professional nail technicians and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure product quality and durability. If you find any apparent quality issues, damage due to shipping, or receive the wrong item, please contact us via email at info@annyglow.com within 12 hours of receiving the product.
Provide detailed information and submit appropriate evidence, including clear, unedited unboxing videos from the moment the package is opened to when it is fully unpacked. Failure to timely submit proper evidence will result in the rejection of return, exchange, or refund requests.
For verified quality issues, we will offer solutions for returns, exchanges, or repairs.Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
WITHIN UNITED KINGDOM
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
INTERNATIONALLY
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. International exchanges are unable to be processed. Store credits can be issued if you are wanting to repurchase a different item. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty.
